Coaster Designer FAQ:

Are there any special print considerations to be aware of?

• Elements close to the edge of the coaster may shift in position during production. Please keep any position sensitive content inside the safe area (dashed line).
• 25-500 coaster orders are printed digitally giving a glossier finish. High volume 1,200 or more are printed with a matte finish.
• Be careful to scale or extend your artwork beyond the solid line as much as possible if you don't want any background showing.

What should the resolution of my images be?

For best results, we recommend images that are 300dpi or higher. Low resolution images can be used, but this may result in reduced print quality.

Will I have a chance to review my artwork before ordering?

The image shown on the review page is a truer representation of your coaster than the designer page because it is generated from a file prepared for production. Please review it to make sure it looks the way you would like it to appear when printed. Because of differences between your device screen and our coaster printing process, your printed coasters will look different than this preview.

By proceeding with your order past this review page, you understand and agree that the artwork you submit is final. You will not be able to make any further changes or adjustments to your design and it will be printed as provided.

When will my order ship?

• Ordering both Value Pack and Short Run coasters:
  The Short Run coasters in your order should ship in approximately 3-5 business days and the Value Pack portion should ship in approximately 15 business days.
  If you require alternate shipping methods for each portion of your order please contact us
• Ordering only Value Pack coasters:
  Your order should ship in approximately 15 business days
• Ordering only Short Run coasters:
  Your order should ship in approximately 3-5 business days
• Please note that pick up option is not available

**Short-run orders are available in quantities up to 500.
**Only single sided print available in our fast short-run order option.
**Payment terms are not available for short run orders.
**Free Ground shipping is only included for short run orders of 50 or more (25 or more for white plastic coasters) and shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. When free Ground shipping is chosen, Coaster Factory reserves the right to choose the shipping method (eg. USPS or Canada Post). Rush shipping options will be provided during check out in case you need your order right away and require a tracking number.
